1. Purpose
These terms apply to any order placed with Speedy Weby for the creation of a showcase website, online store, or application, and related services (hosting, subscription, options).
2. Packages and Pricing
Prices are indicated in CFA francs (FCFA). The content and limits of each package are those displayed below at the time of order.

Options
- Your site stays online on our secure server (https), with backups, at the Speedy Weby address. You can modify it yourself whenever you want. Without modifications made by us, or assistance:
- After the 1st year offered. Without commitment: you can stop it at any time.
- For the Boutique plan: your customers pay online via Orange Money or Wave, and the order automatically switches to "paid" in your dashboard. Already included in Boutique Pro.
- Merchant account to be opened with the payment provider; transaction fees remain your responsibility.
- Your own address, for example mycompany.com, instead of a shared address. We buy it, set it up, and renew it for you.
- .sn and other extensions: price upon request, depending on the registry.

4. Order and Payment
The order is confirmed when we have validated your request with you and received the agreed payment. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made in three installments: 40% before work begins, 30% thirty days later, and 30% sixty days later. Payment methods are specified when placing the order.
5. Delivery
The delivery time is indicated when ordering. It depends in particular on how quickly you provide us with your texts, photos, and information.
6. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Modifications requested beyond this are subject to a quote, or are included in the subscription up to the indicated limit.
7. Hosting, Domain Name, and Subscription
The creation price includes website hosting and its address on the platform domain for the first year. Afterwards, hosting continues with the Hosting Only option or with the subscription, with no commitment period: you can stop it at any time, at the end of the already paid period. The custom domain name is a paid option, renewed each year for as long as you wish.
8. Online Payment
The online payment option (Orange Money, Wave, bank card) goes through a payment provider. A merchant account must be opened with this provider, and its transaction fees remain the responsibility of the client.
9. Your Content
You remain the owner of the texts, photos, logos, and products you provide us, and you guarantee that you have the right to use them. You authorize us to publish them on your website.
10. Liability
We make every effort to deliver a functional website that complies with the ordered package. We do not guarantee a volume of visits, sales, or a specific ranking in search engines.

Cancellation and refund conditions are specified in writing when ordering.
